HRM’s main concern is people. Thus, HRM policies impact all functions within an organization. Given the complexity, pressures, and constant change facing organization, the rise of ethical issues is no surprise-some of which lead to litigation in the courts (Sims & Bias, 2020).

This taxes the selection system in terms of finding replacements with ethical beliefs different from those that have been demonstrated. In a Darwinian sense, this unethical culture may be the beginning of a downward spiral. There are numerous potential consequences of unethical cultures, and we discuss a number of the most salient ones below (Buckley, et al., 2001).

The bank also won the title of "Best Employer Brands 2017" and "Best Bank in the Public sector" at the Banking and Finance Services Industry Awards 2017. The bank's training and development policy identifies employee development needs and provides training based on organization requirements.
